Proudly celebrating his family’s roots in moonshine production – and even using the Polish word for moonshine, ‘Bimber’ – Dariusz Plazewski set up his London-based distillery in 2015 with Ewelina Chruszczyk after emigrating from Poland.


Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment using their own designed wooden washbacks which are left a little dirty so that the bacteria and yeast left behind enhances the next spirit.


Bottled to celerate the Platinum Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, In 2022, Her Majesty The Queen becomes the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee after 70 years of service.


This makes her Majesty the longest reigning monarch, World wide, ever.
