A distillery located in the Park Royal area of north-west London.
Opened in 2016, its operates a “farm-to-bottle” approach, sourcing 100% of its barley from a single producer and using traditional floor maltings and slow fermentation techniques.
This single cask English single malt whisky from Bimber was finished in a 2010 vintage Gonzales Byass oloroso sherry butt (cask #544-7/67) before it was filled into 936 bottles in 2020.
It was selected exclusively for the high-end British department store Selfridges.
