J.P Wiser’s 10 Year Old Triple Barrel is a complex Canadian whisky made using two types of grain and three types of cask.
This whisky blend, named ‘Best Blended Canadian Whisky’ at the 2019 World Whisky Awards, has been lauded for its notes of green apple, honeycomb, rye and spice.
The three cask-types used to age this acclaimed blended whisky are: first-fill Ex-Bourbon casks, used Canadian whisky casks, and virgin American oak casks.
The expression is made according to Canada’s whisky tradition, distilling the corn and rye separately then blending after ageing. J.P Wiser’s is Canada’s oldest continuously produced whisky,
with an extensive history that speaks to the quality of the brand today.
