A small (once Scotland’s smallest) distillery in Perthshire that began production in 1837.

It is today owned by the independent bottler-turned-distiller, Signatory Vintage, who have placed a renewed focus on its single malt brands, introducing the heavily peated Ballechin in 2006.

Edradour distillery is a Highland single malt whisky distillery based in Pitlochry, Perthshire.

It has been owned by the Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company since 2002, and was previously owned by Pernod Ricard. Signatory, founded in 1988, is primarily an Independent bottler and is based in Pitlochry.

Distilled on 30th January 1996 and aged for 11 years, before it was bottled on the 3rd December 2007 after maturation in hogsheads.

Bottled at 57% with an outturn of 797 bottles.
