Produced by Whyte & MacKay, this based on the whisky which was left in Antarctica by Sir Ernest Shackleton during his expedition between 1907-1909 where his aim was to reach the pole which, unfortunately, he was not successful in doing but did successfully get just 112 miles from the pole.


This is a replica of the bottle which was found in 2007 after having spent over 100 years preserved encased in Antarctic ice.


It has been created using various whiskies from Speyside, the Islands and the Highlands including rare 1983 Glen Mhor.
