HMS Spirits – Skipjack Spiced Rum | 2296!
Skipjack Rum blends aged rums from Barbados, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Trinidad, bringing the spirits of the four islands together into an unmistakable fusion.
And just like in the Caribbean, we don’t rush the process! Our rum is matured in oak barrels before we add the perfect blend of spices.
Warming ginger, cloves and cinnamon are combined with vanilla and banana for sweetness, and lemon and lime for added zing.
The result is a flavour that takes you straight to the sun-kissed shores of the Caribbean. Best served neat on ice or with your favourite mixer such as Coca-Cola or ginger beer.
You could try our Light & Stormy – 50ml Skipjack, 10ml Cointreau and topped with an elderflower tonic water.
