Eden Mill Single Malt 2019 Release | 1965!
In 2012, former Molson Coors sales director Paul Miller opened Eden Brewery – later rebranded as Eden Mill – on the site of an old paper mill by Seggie distillery which was previously opened and operated by the Haig family in the 1800s.
The distillery mainly produces malt whisky – though while we wait on its whisky, Eden Mill’s gin is delicious and very popular – but keeps its production to a limit of just eight barrel-fillings a week.
